Comments
Comments, that have been left by a user for a particular link and/or article, are displayed on the administration page Web Directory Elements - Comments.
List of Submitted Comments
In case the comments are approved automatically (see Setting up Comments), then all the comments added by users will appear in the list of submitted comments. To delete a comment from the list of submitted ones, click 
icon next to the needed comment.
In case the comments are put under moderation, then they will appear in the list of new comments for you to approve them or to delete:

To submit / skip / delete a comment, select the desired operation in the list of actions and then click the Execute button.
