Design Themes Modification When Updating from CNCat 4.1.3 to CNCat 4.2

Modifications:
statistics template has been added to display web-directory statistics.
New Elements:
- statistics template.
- $CNCAT[page][cats_count_full] – total of categories in the web-directory.
- $CNCAT[page][items_count_full]} – total of entries (links and articles) in the web-directory.
- $CNCAT[page][links_count_full] – number of links in the web-directory
- $CNCAT[page][articles_count_full] – number of articles in the web-directory.
- $CNCAT[page][last_update] – date of the last update.
- $CNCAT[page][cat][item_count_full] – number of entries (links and articles) in the current category.
- $CNCAT[page][cat][link_count_full] – number of links in the current category.
- $CNCAT[page][cat][article_count_full] – number of articles in the current category.
Apply Modifications:
Copy statistics template from version 4.2.
